Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onion 1 bell pepper diced 2 cans white beans2 cans kidney beans1 can tomatoes 1 box chicken broth1 box beef broth1/2 cup small noodles1 lb. ground turkey meatcrushed red pepper (or to your taste)
Directions
chop onions and bell pepper. Sautee in 1 tbs. olive oil. Add turkey meat and cook. Add beans, can of tomatoes, chicken broth and beef broth (you can use all beef, or all chicken broth as you desire). bring to a simmer. Add noodles. I add crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, but you can season as you like it..
