2 Cloves of Garlic1 Tbsp Brown Sugar3 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Sesame Oil2-3 Tbsp Orange Juice2 cups sliced mushrooms1/2 cup sliced onions1 cup yellow squash
Put 2 garlic cloves and 1 tbsp of soy sauce into food processor and grind until garlic is almost undetectable. Combine the soy sauce and garlic into a large bowl with the sesame oil the remainder of the soy sauce, the brown sugar and the OJ. Add veggies and stir well until all veggies are coated with sauce. Put all contents onto a piece of aluminum foil, wrap up veggies and place on grill on medium setting for 15 minutes and then turn grill down to low setting for 15 more minutes.
