Ingredients
Steak - Bottom Round is what I usually buy for price - if you use different - make sure to change the info for your own calorie records. 1/2 TBSP Country Crock, Shedd’s Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft) - that if you'd like. Chance if you use anything else.McCormick Steakhouse Grinder - for seasoning
Directions
Set Oven to 350.

In a small pan - I use glass - place your thawed steak(s). Take the McCormick Steakhouse Grinder and 'grind' the seasoning over the steak(s).
Once finished with seasoning - place 1/2 TSBP of the Country Crock, Shedd’s Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft) - on top of the steak.

Uncovered - place steak in pre-heated oven and place on a 15 minute timer.

Once Timer goes off - remove steak - flip - repeat the Grinder (But NOT the butter! They'll be enough in the pan), and then return steak to oven.

Put the timer back to 10-15 minutes - depending on your steak's size.

When timer goes off again -should be finished - always check the 'pink' of the steak and/or use a meat thermometer.

Serve with your favorite sides - Potatoes, salad, noodles, whatever you desire!
