Ingredients
2 pounds very lean ground beef1 1/2 cups ketchup1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup onion chopped1 cup bell pepper chopped2 cloves garlic minced1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Directions
Spray pan with canola oil spray. Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper until translucent. Add beef. cook until done. Add ketchup, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Cook for 10 minutes on medium, stirring often. Serve on whole wheat hoagie buns.
