1 lb. of medium shrimp, raw, shells removed4 tbl. chipotle peppers in adobo4 garlic clovessalt, to taste
Put the chipotle peppers and garlic in a food processor and combine until a fine paste. Marinate the raw shrimp in the garlic chipotle sauce 20 min. or as long as you'd like. From there, grill or bake the shrimp until just opaque in the center.
Serve with esquites or on top of a mexican salad. Enjoy! :)
