Aloo Gobi w/ Chicken and Chickpeas

Ingredients
Olive OilChicken BreastButterOnionGarlicLemonTomatoesCauliflowerChickpeasCumin CorrianderGarlic PowderOnion Powder
Directions
*In a large skillet heat olive oil and cook cubed chicken
*In another skillet add 1/4 c. butter and cooked chopped onions and garlic
*When almost done add diced tomatoes and the juice of one lemon
*add all spices and lower heat
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees
*Cut up potatoes, caulflower
*Put all ingredients into a large roasting pan and cook for an hour

This dish is great with whole wheat nan and lowfat plain yogurt.

One serving is about 2 cups.
