Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower1/3 cup raw cashews1/3 cup coconut milkdash of cinnamonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
chop cauliflower and nuts, combine in large pot with coconut milk and bring to boil. reduce to simmer and cover until tender. add salt, pepper, cinnamon. pour into food processor and process until smooth.
