Elaine's Potato Salad

Ingredients
12 baby red potatoes - boiled whole and unpeeled3/4 cup mayonnaise3 Tbs Italian salad dressing1/3 cup milk1/2 yellow onion - chopped2 celery stalks - chopped1 tsp parsley flakes
Directions
Boil baby red potatoes whole.
When cool enough to handle, chop into bite size chunks and coat with the salad dressing.
Add the chopped celery, onion and parsley.
Mix mayo and milk until blended then add to salad.
Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 13 1/2 cup servings
