Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup quick oats1/2 cup egg whites1/4 cup low fat or 1% cottage cheese2 T mini chocolate chips 1/2 banana3/4 t baking powder
Mix together all ingredients in blender and blend.
Pour half of batter into skillet cook until brown and flip
Follow same steps with rest of batter.
Top with sugar free syrup, light whipped cream, more fruit, or anything else!!
Recipe can be tweaked to add anything you want; walnuts, coconut, blueberries, etc,
