Beef and Corn Casserole

1 lbs Ground Beef (extra lean) cooked and crumbled1/2 medium Onion, chopped16 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes8 oz can Tomato Sauce1/2 Tbs Chili Powder12 oz can Whole Kernel Corn40 grams Green or Black olives1/4 cup Green/Red Bell pepper, chopped50 grams Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Add onion & peppers to beef,
Microwave, high, for 6 minutes stirring after 2 minutes,
Drain tomatoes and add to meat with corn, tomato sauce, olives and chili powder,
Cover and Microwave 6-8 minutes,
Remove cover, sprinkle cheese on top,
Microwave 2 minutes.
Serve with corn chips
