Slow cooked eggplant beef stew

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 1/2 lbs 1 small Eggplant, cut into 1in cubesOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium, choppedGarlic, 3 cloves, minced Tomato Sauce, 1 14oz canChicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 cup saltcinnamonoregano
Directions
brown eggplant and beef in olive oil.
add onion and garlic.
in slow cooker, mix broth, tomato sauce and seasonings.
add beef and eggplant
cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
serve on rice or pasta.
