Ingredients
1 1/2 cups jasmine 'thai' rice2 1/2 cups So Delicious Coconut Milk2 tsp agave syrup1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Bring ingredients to a boil in pot with tight-fitting lid. Once to the boil, reduce heat to lowest and cover. Simmer 15 to 18 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
