Cindy's Baked Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
6 Eggs6 Oz Mozzerella Cheese -or hard cheese- grated1Cup Chili Peppers -Hot, or mild chopped1 MRC Cream of Chicken1 clove garlic1 tsp onion powder
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350
2. whip eggs with MRc creamof chicken, garlic and onion powder
3. Pam a 8x 8 or 9x9 baking dish
4. make a single layer of chili, cheese and pour egg mixture on top
6. Bake 30-45 minutes until eggs are set.

Serve with green chili, and toppings of your choice
