Shredded Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breast1 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken soupitalian bread crumbssalt and pepper
Directions
I use a preassure cooker for this, but you may just boil chicken. Place chicken, salt and pepper and enough water to cover in pressure cooker. Place lid on and once the weight begins rocking time for 10 minutes. Remove from heat until seal breaks. Save broth it makes great soup later. Shred chicken return to pan, mix in soup and enough bread crumbs to make it your desired consistency. Heat until hot, keep stirring as this my stick. Serve on bun of choice, not included in nutrition calculation.
