Ingredients
i did weight everything before i made it 3 med potatoes about 1lb1 lg onion2 TB veg oil
Directions
boil potates till tender drain better if you can let cool first but no need they just might fall apart easier no biggee still good
then saute onions till tender or caramellized with a couple of of srays of spray butter then remove
slice potates about 1/4 inch
then take 2 Tb of veg oil let get hot
then add potates brown both sides
then smash a litte add onion cook to ypour likeness i like my blackin a little some like then much lighter good luck
