High Protein pancakes

Ingredients
6 Egg whites1 cup skim milk1 cup whole wheat(grain) flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spray fry pan or griddle with cooking spray
Cook 1/8 cup at a time into pancakes
Serve with I can't believe it's not butter spray and low cal maple syrup.
