Breakfast sausage patties

Ingredients
1/2 pound ground turkey breast1 tsp sage1/4 tsp thyme2 tbs unsweetened applesauce1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powderpinch allspiceblack pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a gallon size zipper bag and mix together mashing with hands

form into 4 patties and cook in a non stick skillet until cooked through.
