Wendy's "Top Secret" Chili (no salt added though)

Ingredients
Chili powder, 3 tbsp Cumin seed, 2 tsp Black pepper, 1.5 tsp Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Tomato Sauce, one 29-ounce can Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes or 3 medium Water, tap, 2 cup (16 fl oz) Beans, red kidney, one 29-ounce can Beans, pinto, one 29-ounce can Ground Chicken Breast, 2 lbs. (32 oz)
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any fat.
2. Crumble the beef into pea-sized pieces.
3. In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer over low seat. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours.
