Asparagus, Spinach, and Scallion Quiche

Ingredients
2 cups asparagus (chopped in 1" pieces)3 oz spinach, torn into small pieces1/2 cup chopped scalllions1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese5 large eggs1/2 cup 2% milk1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp kosher salt1 Pillsbury pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Bake pie crust for 5 minutes. Steam asparagus for 5 minutes or until tender. Add small amount of water to a pot and add spinach; wilt. In medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients to bowl then pour in prepared pie crust. Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
