Veggie Burger

Ingredients
2 c. rolled oats1 1/2 c. grated carrots1/2 c. diced string beans1/2 c. cabbage, diced1/2 c. broccoli, diced1/2 c. mushrooms, diced1/2 c. onions, diced1/4 c. water1/4 c. tamari1 clove garlic, diced3 tbsp. flourSalt and pepper to tasteOilCheese (Optional)
Directions
I use a food processor to mix. Mix all the ingredients together, shape into patties. Heat some oil in a skillet, brown patties on both sides. Place in a baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Top with a slice of Cheddar cheese 5 minutes before done. Great with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and the works.
