Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove) Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove) Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Paprika, 1 tsp (remove) egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove) Arnold Select Sandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin, 1.5 serving (remove) Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove) Milk, Silk Soy Milk Organic, Plain, 0.25 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 425 and cover a cookie sheet with foil. Place a rack on top of the cookie sheet.
Mix the milk and egg whites together.
Cut chicken into small pieces and place in milk mixture.
Blend bread into breadcrumbs and mix with spices, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken from milk mixture into breadcrumbs and coat. Place coated pieces on rack. Spray all pieces lightly with olive oil spray.
Bake for 20 minutes and flip and spray again. Continue baking for another 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 10 small pieces
