Chicken/beef marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or white vinegar/mix of both)1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup worcestershire sauce2tbsp hoi sin sauce2tsp french mustard (pre-prepared)2tsp crushed garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients togethers.
Marinate protein of choice for minimum two hours before cooking.

Serving Size: Makes ample marinate for 4 large steaks/whole chicken
