Whole Wheat Tortilla

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt3/4 cup water2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients one tablespoon at a time. Mix until combined into a ball of dough. Knead. Let rest 20 minutes.
Break dough ball into eight round balls. Flour surface. Roll out each dough ball to a paper-thin circle.
Heat a dry pan to high. Cook tortillas for two minutes on each side or until bubbles form and begin to turn golden brown.
Use as a wrap for sandwiches, burritos or quesadillas.
