Turkey Slaw w/ Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
1.5 cups diced turkey2.5 cups finely shredded cabbage.25 cups diced green onion, tops included (2 green onions)1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.25 cup low-fat Greek yogurtsalt and pepper to tasteOptional: garlic and/or sage to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Serve as is or to really fill you up, scoop turkey salad into lettuce leaves and enjoy a plate full of bunny-style burritos.
