Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
2 tbs. Canola Oil1/2 cup green beans, cut1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped celery2 large potatoes, diced1/2 lbs. Beef soup bone with meat1 can chick peas1 quart V8 juicePut oil in pan and brown the soup meat. Add the chopped carrots, onion, celery and stir.Add the V8 juice and any other vegetable that you would like.When the meat is done, remove from soup, cut into small pieces and return to the soup.Cook soup until it is the right stage of doneness for you.
