Peel and Chop one eggplantCut three plum tomatoesOne Cup of Fresh BroccoliOne Cup of Green Peppers1/2 Cup of Onions1Tbs of olive oilMrs. Dash SeasoningMorton's Lite Salt
Directions
Heat oil in wok or non stick frying pan
Sautee vegetables until tender with Mrs Dash seasoning and Mortons Lite Salt.

Serve with Chicken
