Spinach Parmesean Fritatta

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter12 beaten eggs1.5 Cups fresh chopped Spinach1/4 Cup Grated Parmesean Cheese
Directions
In an oven safe skillet, melt the I Can't Believe. Add the eggs and begin to allow a crust to form on the bottom. Do not stir the eggs or move them around. Sprinkle cheese on top of eggs and then the spinach. Pat down the spinach with a spatula so that it gets coated with some egg. When you can safely pull the egg away from the pan and see some light golden brown, place it under the broiler until the center is set and cooked.
