I made this recipe and I love it. It's one of those stick-to-the-bone winter recipes. It's especially delicious because of the chicken broth. I added two large carrots to mine, only because I had two bags of carrots on hand; and I threw in a half a cup of chopped cilantro. Yummy. - 3/3/16
