155 grams of Aldi Fit and Active Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti (about 3 1/2 inch circles- but I weigh mine)1 26 oz jar of Aldi Reggano pasta sauce- meat flavor1/2 of a package of aldi- fit and active- lean ground turkey (10 oz)

drain fat from turkey
boil noodles according to directions
add sauce to turkey and simmer until noodles are ready
