Maggie's Heath Caramel Pie

.25 cup Brummel and Brown Yogurt Spread1.75 cups Fiber One4 packs no calorie sweetener1 tsp cinnamon1 jello sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix1.5 cups skim milk6 oz or 1.5 cups fat free cool whip2 tbsp log cabin sugar free maple syrup4 miniature heath bars
Preheat oven to 350. Put fiber one in a food processor until it becomes powder. Add the cinnamon and sweetener packs. Melt the butter and mix the melted butter w/the cereal mix. Spray a pie plate and press the cereal mix into the pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
Crush the heath bars in the food processor until desired size. Whisk pudding mix with milk and let sit for a few minutes. Pour into pie crust. Then pour half the crushed heath bars evenly over pudding. Then spread the cool whip on top. Finish with the rest of the heath bars on top.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Pieces
