Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse Onions, raw, .3 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Red Wine, 8 fl ozGarlic, 3 cloves *Alcohol, Wine, Marsala (1g = 1ml), 125 gramS&P to taste
Directions
brown pork in EVOO. add onions and garlic and saute 'til tender. season w/S&P. deglaze w/red wine and marsala. cook, covered for 2 hrs.
