Fresh Plum Jam

Ingredients
4 cups plums (skins removed, pitted, & smashed)1.5 cups sugar1 package Bell Freezer Jam Pectin (1.59oz)
Directions
Remove skins and pits on plums. Smash fruit. Add sugar and pectin and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into 4-5 1/2 pint jars. Refrigerate.

Serving Size: 1 Tbsp (4.5 pints or 80 Tbsp total)
