Victoria's Lemon Sponge Buns

Ingredients
SR FlourCaster SugarEggsButterVanilla or Lemon Extract
Directions
1. Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
2. Add in the eggs and beat well.
3. Pour in the Extract and mix again gently fold in the flour untill mixed it to a smooth and silky consistancy.
4. Heat the oven to180dec c
5. Place 12 Bun cases in a bun tin and spoon in the mixture divide will and eavenly between all 12 cases.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 min until cooked - buns should be golden and bouncy to the touch.
7. When cooked place on a baking tray to cool before serving.
