1/2 cup Skim Milk2 TBS chocolate whey protein1/2 Banana1 TBS Cocoa powder1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt3 TBS splenda5-6 ice cubes
Directions
In a blender combine all ingredients except ice. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
