Garden Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing1 cup chopped mushrooms1 cup chopped green bell peppers1 cup tomatoes (these can be sun-dried, roasted, cherry, etc.)8 oz fat free Feta cheese24oz whole wheat farfelle pastaSalt (to taste/optional)Minced garlic (to taste/optional)1 Tbsp vegetable oilWater
Directions
1. Cook pasta in water, vegetable oil, salt, and garlic.
2. Drain pasta and place in large bowl.
3. Add vegetables, feta, and Italian dressing. Mix well.
4. Allow to chill in refrigerator for ~1hr.

*Can also be prepared in advance and simply stored in the fridge overnight.
