Homemade Granola

Ingredients
Melt & Mix:1 - Cup Butter1 - Cup Honey1 tsp. VanillaPlace in very large bowl:10 - Cups Old Fashion Oatmeal1 - TBS CinnamonDash of Salt1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds1/2 Cup Pecan halves
Directions
Melt and mix liquids
Mix melted liquids with oat mixture.
Mix well to ensure all oats are covered.
Spread into 2 large baking sheets
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes, rotating sheets between top/bottom
Cool completely
Store in air-tight container

Serving Size: This makes a VERY LARGE BATCH
