Ingredients
casserole steak, 450 gram(s) Sweet potato, peeled, raw, per 100g (UK), 209 gram(s) Carrots, raw, 136 grams Peppers, sweet, red/green/orange, fresh, 2 medium Celery, raw, 69 gramsOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Rice flour, brown, 0.05 cup Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Beans, red kidney, 240 grams Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Amore Sun Dried Tomato Paste, 1 tbsp agave (organic raw blue agave syrup - dark), 1 tbsp garlic 4 cloves choppedStock cube Organic Vegetable -Kallo per cube, 1 serving cumin powder 1tspcrushed chilies 1tspcorriander powder 1tspcinnamon 1tsppaprika 1tspbay leaves 2-3wrocester saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine rice flour and beef (salt and pepper to taste)
Fry in 2tbsp olive oil
remove from pan
Chop vegetables to required size
fry onions + celery + garlic
then add vegetables
then add meat

flavour with green chilies, cumin, corriander, parika, worcester sauce bay leaves etc

simmer until meat and veggies are cooked
