Ingredients
Kallo Just Buillon Premium Vegetable Stock Cubes Bob's Red Mill - Polenta (dry), 1 cup Water, , 4 cup (8 fl oz) Soy Milk, 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp (optional)Sunflower Spread/butter/other margerine , 15 g (optional;)
Directions
boil 4 cups of water, add stock cup until dissolved
add polenta
stir then cover for 10 minutes
stir again and add in soy milk and permesan and margerine if using
Serve
