Samantha's Spinach Salad Skewers

Ingredients
15 Large StrawberriesJícama4 cups Spinach1 cup cubed Mango1 cup cubed Jicama
Directions
Wash and dry all food thoroughly. Cut strawberries in half and cube jicama and mango. Thread strawberries, jicama and mango with two spinach leaves in between each item.

Tips: I like fold the spinach in quarters before I put it on the stick. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before you thread the fruit on it.
