Cucumber Sandwich (with mayo)

Ingredients
2 Slices white bread2 tsp Margarine.75 tbsp Mayonnaise5 Slices cucumber (with peel)Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Spread margarine and mayonnaise evenly on two slices of bread. Diagonally cut 5 slices of cucumber, approximately 1/8" thick. Lay four of the slices on the bread and quarter the last slice to fill in the gaps. Salt and pepper to taste. Lay the top slice on the bottom slice (buttered side down). Enjoy.
