Ingredients
1 Cup low sodium soy sauce1 Cup brown sugar, packed2 teaspoons ground ginger1 Tablespoon dry mustard4 teaspoons minced garlic3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Directions
Stir soy sauce and brown sugar together in a medium bowl, add ginger, mustard and garlic, stir until blended well. Trim fat off chicken breasts, cut each breast in pieces. Add chicken to sauce, wrap tightly and let marinate in fridge for 30 minutes- 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour chicken with sauce into the baking dish, cook for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice with broccoli on the side.

This dish can be cooked right away without marinating the chicken, but it is tastier and more tender when marinated.
