Ingredients
3 pounds chopped mixed meats (lamb, veal, beef, pork)2 Tablespoons Chili Powder3 Eggs3 cloves garlic3 Tablespoons cilantro or Italian parsley6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded2 Tablespoons Worcestershire saucesalt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place meat into oiled loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Too much garlic for my taste, overpowers everything, preferred minced onion & spinach. It did not stay together well, fell apart when trying to slice it. I added a few ground pork rinds, stayed together better, put a little low carb ketchup on top and sprinkle of cheese for flavor. - 9/11/17

    This was awful! No flavor it needs a LOT more spices to make it worth eating....get creative with spices....it held together like a normal meatloaf but not taste satisfying 😝 - 1/23/17
