2.5 C organic spelt flour2.5 C organic whole grain flour.25C Flax meal.25 steel cut oats.25 C sunflower seeds1 TBS salt2 TBS yeast2 TBS vital wheat gluten2 C water.,25 C honey1 fresh eggs.25 C olive oil
Directions
mix all - rise til double, punch down - shape into loaves, rise until double, bake at 375 for 37 mins. leave in oven additional 10 after turning off - cool and pop out of pans - makes 2 loaves
