Chili with fresh veggies (no beans)

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey3 pounds plum tomatoes, chopped2 large onions, chopped2 bell peppers, chopped2 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cumin1/2 cup tomato pastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the ground beef in large pot. Add onion and peppers and cook another 5 minutes until soft. Add tomatoes, spices, and tomato paste. Stir well. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better.
