1 tablespoon vegetable oil4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (chopped)1 can Cream of Asparagus Soup1/8 cup milk (i used 1%)1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon minced garlic1/8 cup white wine (optional-if not used, use 1/4 cup of milk)1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1.Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken and garlic for 10 minutes or until browned.
2.Add soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Add white wine. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
