Hearty Chili with Black Beans & Corn

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef3 cloves garlic, minced2 small onions, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 yellow bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup tomato paste1 large can diced tomatoes1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can sweet yellow corn with liquid1/2 tsp salt3 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp cumin0.5 Tbsp oregano1/2 tsp cayenne pepper2 Tbsp molasses
Directions
Heat olive oil in the bottom of a large stock pot or dutch oven. Add onions and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes till onions start to soften. Add ground beef and cook until just browned. Add celery and peppers and cook another 3-5 minutes. Add spices and tomato paste, stir until well mixed. Add canned tomatoes with liquid, black and red beans and canned corn. Bring to a slow boil, stir in molasses, set heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with garlic bread or baked tortilla chips.
