Lemon Drizzle cake

150g Margarine/butter150g Caster sugar1 teaspoon baking powder2 medium eggs2 medium lemons65g granulated sugar100ml milk150g self raising flour
Preheat oven to 170c fan oven/ 190c/ gas mark 5. line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.
Cream butter and caster sugar until pale and fluffy.
Beat in one egg at a time and then mix in milk.
sieve in flour and baking powder.
zest both lemons and mix in the mixture.
pour mixture into a cake tin and let cook for 20-25 mins.
juice the lemons and mix in granulated sugar with the lemon juice.
Once the cake has cooked pour over the lemon mixture.
Serving Size: makes 9-12 squares
