1.15-1.25 lbs chicken breast meat cut up into bite size1.25-1.31 lbs stew meat14oz jennie-o lean turkey smoked sausageone large onion diced3 celery stalks diced 3 cans diced tomatoes(14.5oz)1 can diced tomatoes with oregano, garlic, and basil (14.5 oz)one 14 oz package white or yellow corn (frozen)1 package chili seasoning 1 package fajita seasoning
I use pan spray to start the meat to cooking and add the onion and celery. once chicken and beef are cooked add sausage and tomatoes. add tomatoes and corn. add seasoning. lower temp and allow to simmer for at least 1 hour much better if you allow closer to 2 or more hours. keep the temp low and stir once in awhile. enjoy. makes a big pot. 13 1 and1/3 cup servings
