Egg/white omelet

Ingredients
1 whole egg1 egg white1/4 fat free shredded cheddar cheese8 turkey pepperoni slices (cut in half)
Directions
whisk egg and egg white together and add to hot skillet.
let the egg mixture firm up.
add pepperoni and cheese to one side.
fold over the other side and flip the omelet.
Let cook until desired doneness.
