Spicy Mushroom Sauté

Ingredients
1/2 tbs olive oil (extra virgin adds more flavor, optional)1/2 cup chopped onions (white preferably, but any kind works)4 cups of chopped mushrooms (you can use your favorite mushroom, all types are delicious)1 serrano pepper chopped (if you would like you can devein and deseed it, this will bring the heat way down)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a pan, add the 1/2 tbsp of oil, saute the 1/2 cup of onions, add the chopped serrano pepper until soft, then add mushrooms.
Don't let them overcook, we like the mushrooms to retain some consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste.
